Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a brain disorder marked by an ongoing pattern of inattention and/or hyperactivity-impulsivity that interferes with functioning or development.

What is ADHD & why is it a problem?
 (ADHD) is a mental health condition that can cause unusual  hyperactivity and impulsive behaviors. People with ADHD may  have trouble focusing  their attention on a single task or sitting still for long periods of time or even small period of time .



The real  cause of ADHD isn't yet  known.
 1,, Researchers say several things ,may it be  Heredity.
 2,,,ADHD tends to run in families.
 3,,,Brain chemicals in people with ADHD may be out of balance.
 4,,. Areas of the brain which control attention are less active in               children with ADHD.
  5,,,Poor nutrition, infections, smoking, drinking, and substance abuse during pregnancy. These might have  affected a baby's brain development.



    ADHD Types

    Symptoms are grouped into three types:

    Inattentive. A  child with ADHDI s easily distractedable
    Doesn't follow  normalorders or finish tasks
    seem  not to be listening
    Doesn't pay attention and makes careless mistakes
     really Forgets about daily activities
    Has really  problems in  organizing daily tasks
     really Doesn’t like to do things that require sitting still
    Often loses things oftens 
    daydreams


    Hyperactive-impulsive.       A child with ADHD:Often squirms, fidgets, or bounces when sitting
    Doesn't stay seated
    Has trouble playing quietly
    Is always moving, such as running or climbing on things. (In teens and adults, this is more often described as restlessness.)
    Talks excessively
    Is always “on the go,” as if “driven by a motor”
    Has trouble waiting for their turn
    Blurts out answers
    Interrupts others


Combined. This involves signs of both other types.
ADHD Symptoms in Adults

symptoms of ADHD  may change when  a person gets older. They include:Often being late or forgetting things
Anxiety
Low self-esteem
Problems at work
Trouble controlling angerImpulsiveness
Substance misuse or addiction
Trouble staying organized
Procrastination

Here are some really best ways to control ADHD; try them for a better living,,,,,,

Even if you have ADHD, you can improve your life by trying some of these suggestions. You cannot anticipate seeing results in a day because it is a gradual process. Therefore, for improved outcomes, maintain your composure and persevere.

Think of the positives:
 Stop praising unnecessarily yourself  and others ,
never ever criticize others just to play the game of mind .

Apologies: never hesitate to apologies for your mistakes you did intentionally or unintentionally 


Avoid judging: 
To host guests,
no need to become super interior expert ,and irritating for the family ,, you don't have to keep your house  flawless and spotless. You are not visited at home by friends; They come to you. If they criticize, it may be time to meet new people.

Take care of your symptoms first:
 Schedule that crucial conversation with your companion as a top priority as soon as you take your medication, when symptoms won't interfere.

If and when necessary, say NO:
dont make your no of two types one for someones and one for others ,
 Work on saying, no  ,even to your really loved ones ,don't politicize your no ,,, "You might be able to avoid over committing and getting tired.

Don't give in to a bad doctor: If your doctor denies your side effects or says you ask too many questions, don't go back to the  doctor ,
